Speaker: Mike Parks
SPEAKER THIS WEEK: Rotary Youth Exchange

This week's speakers will discuss the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Mike Parks is the District 6900 Chair for the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. He was also an outbound student in the program some 40 years ago, at which time he spent his year in Brazil.

This is the first year that District 6900 has sent and received students under the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Ann Moldrup is the first inbound student for the Rotary Club of Dunwoody . She is visiting from Denmark.

Members Share Ideas to Shape RCD’s Future in Small Group Discussions

It’s not too late to add your thoughts to what we have – and will hear this week from more than half of our current Dunwoody Rotarians. Thanks to all who have shared so far.

This week we will hold two sessions – on Tuesday, March 6 at Louise Barden’s home and Thursday, March 8 at Jackie Cuthbert’s home – both from 7-9 pm. You can register on the website at https://dunwoodyrotary.org/v2/calendar/view or by sending an email to cuthbert@mindspring.com.

If you can’t attend a session, watch for an email at the end of the week. It will ask a few simple questions designed to get a little insight from you about “what” you value in Rotary and “why.” Any responses will be considered along with the input from our small group discussions.

Results will be shared with the club later this spring.
