We have moved the Friday meeting online connection from Zoom to Facebook Live. When you can't join in person, join us at https://www.facebook.com/DunwoodyRotary.
Join us this Friday as we welcome Rick Houcek, president of Soar with Eagles Enterprises, a company with a single core purpose: To help ambitious leaders and teams be successful, self-motivated achievers. Rick will speak on the topic: "What Will You Do in Your Later Years? An Energizing Alternative to Retirement. Vital for All Ages – 63, 47, and yes, even 24." You can join us live at LaMeridian or via Facebook Live.

We have been honoring our Armed Forces personnel for many years - proof here in pictures taken from our 25th anniversary book created in 2009.
After a COVID hiatus, we're reviving the tradition, as we make plans to head to Hartsfield-Jackson's USO to personally meet and greet our service personnel and thank them in person for their bravery and commitment to serve us. We need YOU to help us make that happen.
We will be serving the “All American” lunch of hot dogs, chips, homemade cookies, fresh fruit, bottled water ... and this time we will be adding a portion of baked Ziti. We expect 75-100 service personnel.
Contact Charlie Augello to enlist as a volunteer or cookie baker - by email at Italian@e48thstreetmarket.com

You are in for a special treat at the end of March - our annual gathering of the Rotarians from the eight Rotary Clubs of DeKalb County. We will honor Rotarians from those clubs for their achievements, and recognize teachers and their role in making a difference in our communities. Plan to join us on March 31 at Georgia Piedmont Technical College DeKalb Conference Center, 495 N Indian Creek Dr., Clarkston, GA 30021. Festivities begin at 7:00 am.
As part of the program, we have an amazing speaker: Paige Buzbee Pushkin, Executive Director of the Georgia Foundation for Public Education (GFPE) and the foundation’s first full time staff person. The GFPE was formed in 2010 by an act of the state legislature and has as its mission “educational excellence for Georgia’s students.” As such, she has been responsible for building the infrastructure, brand, and board, as well as casting the strategic vision and operationalizing it. We'll share more about Paige's background as we get closer to the event. Paige will be introduced by our own Honorary Member Buzz Law.
For now, mark your calendar for March 31 and plan to celebrate with us!
