Leadership is critical for managing change. COVID-19 has presented an opportunity for all leaders to step up, and RLI Sunshine Division is meeting the challenge. The Sunshine Division is offering live online presentations with outstanding discussion leaders from all over Georgia, Florida and the Caribbean. As always, RLI is interactive discussion-based training. We are offering the same great content in a convenient, online format at the RLI Sunshine Division website.

The sessions are broken into one to two hour sessions. RLI Online gives participants flexibility as sessions are scheduled on a variety of days and times. Individual sessions are $15 each and you register and pay for each session individually. You can pick and choose the sessions you want to attend and in no particular order. You can customize the RLI experience to your individual needs. The online format allows for even more interaction with Rotarians from all over the Sunshine Division.

The Sunshine Division is also pleased to announce we are expanding to offer RLI Online in Spanish beginning in November. The materials will be in English, and all discussion will be in Spanish.
