The Rotary International Convention in Barcelona promises to be an exciting, unforgettable experience, and we need your help to make Rotarians throughout Zone 34 are aware of the opportunity to participate.

Here Is What We Need from You

Visit the Rotary International Convention Barcel…. If you have not already visited the Barcelona Convention website, please help us spread the word. Work with District Governor Elect Buck Buchanan to ensure that every Rotarian in your district knows about the upcoming convention and how to register.

The Early-Bird Registration Opportunity Is Coming!

Rotarians who have already registered their interest will be alerted as soon as registration opens on September 17, 2026. This is especially important because the discounted early-bird registration rate of $595 will be available only from September 17–21. Beginning September 22, the registration fee increases to $795.

That means the early bird really does catch the worm! Please encourage Rotarians to be ready to register as soon as registration opens.

And Then There Is “The Gathering”!

Our Rotary International Director Marshall Butler has directed us to once again encourages us to attend “The Gathering,” the Zone 33/34 signature fellowship event in Barcelona, where all Rotarians gather to fellowship and have fun!. After the success of our previous Gathering, our goal is to make this year's event bigger, better, and even more fun! Plans are under way, and we will keep you posted!

Presidents, we greatly appreciate your assistance in communicating this information promptly to the clubs throughout our district. Together, we can ensure that every Rotarians have the opportunity to take advantage of the $595 early-bird registration rate and make plans to join us in Barcelona. Barcelona is waiting.
