David Silver, Senior General Manager, Perimeter Mall

Originally from Plainfield, Indiana, David Silver has been in retail and mixed-use property management since graduating from Indiana University in 2006. His work tenure has placed him in 6 states and at 16 different properties, most recently, Perimeter Mall as the Senior General Manager. From value-add commercial properties to ground-up development, he has maintained a successful track record in the industry. 

Silver first lived in Atlanta from 2007-2009 and was able to return in 2015, claiming Georgia has become the place that most feels like “home.” He holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license, is an Ordained Minister and serves as a board member for Discover Dunwoody and Family Promise of Forsyth.

Outside of work, he keeps things simple by enjoying nature, classic cars, visiting family and friends, and taking impromptu road trips with his rescued pup, Largo.
