
Join us this Friday at Maggiano's to welcome Kat Reynolds, a purpose-driven corporate social responsibility leader with more than a decade of experience building impactful partnerships between businesses, nonprofits, employees, and communities. As Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at TriNet, she leads initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, and community investment strategies across the organization. Known for her ability to connect mission with business objectives, Kat helps create programs that deliver meaningful social impact while enhancing company culture and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining TriNet, Kat held corporate social impact, community relations, and CSR leadership roles with Veritiv, Mercedes-Benz USA, and United Way of Greater Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has developed innovative programs focused on employee volunteerism, corporate giving, nonprofit partnerships, diversity and inclusion, and community investment. Her experience across both the nonprofit and corporate sectors enables her to build sustainable solutions that align purpose with business strategy.
Beyond her professional role, Kat is an active civic leader and volunteer. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta and has held numerous leadership positions within the Junior League of Atlanta. She has also contributed her expertise through organizations including Leadership Buckhead, the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board, The Atlanta Women's Foundation, and Georgia Forward's Young Game Changers program.
Kat earned a Master's Degree in Arts Administration from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she was recognized as Student Leader of the Year. Her contributions to corporate citizenship and community engagement have earned recognition including Atlanta Business Chronicle's Corporate Citizen Practitioner, United Way of Greater Atlanta Volunteer of the Year, and honors associated with nationally recognized CSR and communications initiatives. She is committed to helping organizations harness the power of business as a force for good and create meaningful, measurable impact.
