Vanessa currently serves as Vice President of Women’s Services for Atlanta Mission. The Women’s’ Services facilities include The Atlanta Day Shelter and My Sister’s House and feed and house over 250 women and children daily.
Vanessa has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters of Education in Counseling. Her early career was in adult and adolescent mental health, substance abuse, as well as individual and group therapy. She has spent the past twenty years in corporate America with Companies such as Cox Communications in the areas of training and development, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development. Her experience in counseling and corporate America along with her passion for missions, ministry, and desire to serve have perfectly prepared her to serve at Atlanta Mission.
In the spirit of Peace and Love, we are reintroducing the "Wine Toss" to the Governors Ball. Here's how it works...
Now remember, this is a fund raiser. So, President Rick is asking that each member bring a bottle of wine, minimum $10 in value, to contribute to the pool. Start bringing your bottles now and we'll collect them.
